Does anyone have experience using antibodies against TNFR1 or 2 (p55 or
p75) in Western/immunoblotting? I will be using them on extracts from
whole mouse liver and isolated hepatocytes. There are a few companies
that make these antibodies, and I was hoping the experience of others
could influence my purchasing decision.
