Dear All
I wanted to know what drugs shall i use to kill
intracellular mycobacteria. To be precise , i'll give in vitro infection
to macrophage monolayers and kill extracellular bacteria with amikacin ,
but if i need to kill intracellular bacteria what drug shall i use and at
what dose and for how long shall i incubate the infected cells, to kill
100% intracellular bacteria.
