Does anyone have experience with counting large numbers of wells containing
lymphocytes? I have read about various methods using DAPI, Hoechst
33342/33258 and SYBR green etc, and Molecular Probes advertize a CyQuant
kit, but I haven't seen any reference to lymphocytes. We have tried MTT and
neutral red, but were not satisfied with the results. Flow cytometry is not
an option, but we have a multilabel plate reader. Hints and/or references
would be welcome!
