Dear All, Is anyone aware of any kit that allows me to perform Complement fixation tests on human IgGs? I am looking for one that doesn't involve radioactive (Cr) if possible. If a kit isn't available, is there a non-radioactive protocol to perform the same test? Many thanks;.
