I want ot know which type of membrane I can use to transfer small peptides
(around 5 kD). PVDF have porosity of 0.45 um and it's use to transfer
fragments of more than 10 kD. Is there a membrane with a porosity for 10 kD
or less?
For the previous electrophoresis, its OK to migrate on a 18-20% gel ? Which
time and running conditions are the best ?
