T cell adhesion

I wouldn't have thought so. The T-cells will bind to the Ab on the plate
rather than the plate itself, unless some of the soluble anti-CD3 becomes
bound to the plate.
When I stimulate T-cells and measure the difference in proliferation between
cells cultured for 5 days in a TC flask and those transfered to a fresh
flask from the same culture there is very lttle difference in proliferation.
If activated cells bound to the flask there would be a difference in
proliferation between the two. If you follow :)
