TITLE: QC Cell and Imuno Specialist
REPORTS TO: QC Cell / Immuno Supervisor
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: BS
EXPERIENCE · 8 years relevant lab experience·
expertise in ELISAs, and / or bioassays
RESPONSIBILITIES:· perform independent and timely execution of QC
ELISA and bioassay applications to support production and to support
developmental studies· troubleshoot lab methods and instruments
in area of expertise
FUNCTIONAL: (Near 12 - 18 Months vs./ long term)· facilitate the
transfer of methods in area of expertise to support newly introduced
manufacturing process through technology transfer program· train
other lab members on lab instrumentation, data analysis and test methods in
the area of expertise · write relevant test and instrument SOPs;
write and perform validation protocols and reports· verify
laboratory testing documentation· work independently on projects
as assigned· proficient in laboratory skills and data analysis
