Hi all,
I am trying to do an immunocytochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies
on mouse sensory neuron cultures, using ABC technique. But there is a strong
background in controls without primary antibody. Positive controls are
clean, but are there unspecific staining?
Secondary biotinilated anti-mouse may bind to mouse cells unspecifically?
How do block the background?
