Hi all,
I have to use some feline skin fibroblast cells for transfection, and then
use them as antigen presenting cells. My question was, do skin fibroblast
cells express any costimlatory molecules such as B7-1(CD80) or B7-2(CD86) or
Cd28 or CTLA4?
