I am research worker in Department of Food Technology, Agricultural
University in Lublin, Poland. My research work concerns food allergy.
I have question. How to prepare patient's sera from full blood patients with
allergy (sera contains specific IgE) and how to do lyophilisation this sera
?.
I would greatly appreciate receiving a description (step by step) how to do
sera and lyophilisation. It's my first work with human blood.
