I am looking for a nuclear stain that I can stain leukocytes with. The
stain must not kill the leukocytes, activate them, or effect
chemotaxis. Does anyone know of a stain that can do this? The idea is
to stain the nucleus of isolated leukocytes so that we can differentiate
them in a chemotaxis assay.
