Hi,
we want to measure the activity of a recombinant Granzyme-B-construct.
The assay we have found so far is described in a paper from J.L. Harris
et al., 1998, Journal of Biol. Chem. - in this assay the substrate was
prepared in Me2SO - can anybody tell us, what this solution exactly is
?
Or maybe someone can provide an alternative assay to verify the
functionality of our granzyme-b-construct ?!
We plan to use the following amino-acid sequence as substrate:
Ac-Ile-Glu-Pro-Asp-pNA.
