Hi folks!
Does anyone of you know what the percentage of CD56+ nk cells is in the
PBL fraction of mice?
I would also like to know in which tissue the concentration of these
cells is highest.. Spleen? Liver?
Do these cells also express CD11b?
Sorry for these somewhat ignorant questions, but I am new to this field.
Anyway, thanks a lot in advance for your help :-)
