Can materials that act as a hapten in skin also cause respiratory sensitization?

Fragrances are well known skin allergies. Most cause allergy by acting as a
hapten or pro-hapten in the skin. Given the these materials are frequently
in the air from application in spray products or due to the volatile nature
of these materials. Is it likely that they could cause respiratory
sensitization?
