Immune cognition, culture and the AIDS vaccine

Readers of this newsgroup may be interested in recent work which
suggests that culture may be synergistic with individual immune function
in a manner fundamentally affecting development of vaccines for diseases
where the 'smallpox model' fails.  This would include HIV, malaria and
