Hi
I am currently studying for Msc in Immunology and I am trying to evaluate
the clinical value of testing for PR3 and MPO in vasculitis
patients vs ANCA, however I have only a small patient pool of ANCA positive
patients, Could anybody suggest either a protocol or recent
papers that could guide me in the right direction to develop the project
into Msc caliber.
I am working currently in a large biochemistry lab so I have access to other
patient seum samples used for immunological testing.
