Hi
I'm blocking an antibody with GST-fusion antigen to verify the
specificity of the bands in western; what happens though is that the
complex antibody-GST protein sticks to the membrane and therefore I get
a strong background, The actual quantity of GST-protein is irrelevant
compared to the casein concentration I have in the blocking solution.
Any suggestion on how to reduce the aspecific binding?
