Thanks for the suggestion - we have had a go with CFSE labelling and we are
yet to assess the implants with these cells. Have you ever combined CFSE
with immuno labelling against FITC to boost CFSE signal? Our cells may be
dividing and we don't want to miss any proliferaters!
