Definitively blood cells !!!
The are called "dendritic" only due to their appearance, not to their
lineage or their function.
They are born in the bone marrow, in the monocyte/macrophage/dendritic
cells lineage, then they migrate to the lymph nodes (or in the skin, or
in the various tissues...), where they differentiate in so-called
"dendritic cells". But they have nothing to do with nervous system.
