Looking for a tissue marker

Hi,

Is there anybody who knows how to stain ALL MAMMALIAN NUCLEUS by
indirect immunofluoresence. I need an antibody or a substance which
interacts specifically with dsDNA or DNA-bining proteins but not with
RNA. Usually, a compound with such characters is rather cheaper than an
antibody which explains why the first one is more of our interest .
However, I have so far not been able to find the right substance since
firest, the candidate substance should be excitable over 470 nm and
secondly, we do not want to change our current protocol. For example, to

use an anti-H3 from Cell Signaling you have to "unmask the antigen"
which takes major changes in our current protocol.

Sincerely

Amir Hashemi
