SYBR Green I. Excitation peak at 497 nm and fluorescent emission peak at 520 nm.
Should be viewable with a standard "fluorescein" filter set. 

Not stricly specific for dsDNA, but it does have much higher fluorescence when
bound to dsDNA than when it is bound to ssDNA or RNA.
