Thanks for some of the valuable comments. I will try to implement all
the changes/additions suggested by you.
For those who are new ro who have not read the previous message. A web
server for pedicting MHC Class II binding sites in your antigen is
available at http://www.imtech.res.in/raghava/propred. Anyone using
the server pl. let me know the drawbacks/additions/suggestions to
improve the applicability of server. Many thanks in advance
