If you mean the ones made by Integra and sold by BD, then yes. I use them
all the time for producing antibodies. We use the CL350's most often, and
have great success with them. We've modified the instructions a bit, in
terms of harvest , re-inoculation and replacing the nutrient medium and they
work well for us. Most of our runs are for 6 weeks, but we've kept some
around for as long as 4 months of continuous production.
We've only encounted two problems in the three years that we've used them.
In one the cap liner fell out, but we now keep extra caps on hard. One
other seemed to "spring a leak" one weekend. It wasn't contaminated, so I
don't really know why that happened.
