Does anybody out there have experience how to prepare total RNA from
Monocytes?
I wanted to prepare total RNA from stimulated Monocytes (800 000
cells) after 24h incubation in RPMI media and have used Qiagen RNeasy
kit- but with very bad yields. Any advice about Monocytes in culture
and RNA preps from Monocytes is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
