How to differentiate U937 or THP-1 into CD14+ cells

Dear All,

I have a question about using human promonocytic cell line, such as U937 and
THP-1.  Anyone have experience in differentiating these cell lines into CD14
expressing cells (monocytes)?  Or any other human cell line can be used as a
human monocye model for in vitro study?
