Hello,
I am interested in making an immortalized lymphocytic cell line from a
knockout mouse. My hope is to use this line for proteomic analysis
following viral gene replacement. I apologize for this post if this is a
common procedure, but I am looking for a method that will minimally effect
background gene expression.
