Dear all, I have a question about the conjugation of IgM with fluorochromes such FITC. I did label IgG1 with FITC using bicarbonat buffer. I would like to know any difference between IgM and IgG1 in their labeling procedures? or same method can be used to label IgM as well as IgG? Thanks in advance Eddie
