Greetings:

Has anyone out there in net-land ever done the MPO assay? I'm using as a
means to assess (ideally) neutrophil recruitment to areas of inflammation.
The (HTAB, O-Dianisidine HCl) assay is working very well but I'm having some
trouble in converting the slope, change in OD/time, into MPO units. I'd
appreciate any assistance with this aspect of the protocol.

Thanks in advance,
David
