Hi!
Does anybody here know how IL-1B and IL-18 get secreted out of the cell once they are converted to
their mature form by caspase-1?? Every single article I have read so far about activation of these
cytokines seems to avoid the question.... How do they get secreted if they don't contain a
secretion signal sequence??
