Hi,
Is it possible to immunize intraperitonealy with the protein which dissolved
in Tris-HCl pH 7, 0.5% SDS and 25 mM DTT. SDS is applicable and acts as a
adjuvant, but I am not sure about DTT. Anybody ever use DTT in immunization
or any report about it?
