protocol to do the conjugation of Ab with fluorochromes

Dear all,

I have a question about how to do the conjugation of monoclonal antibody, ie
IgG1, with fluorochromes such as FITC or PE.  Can someones who have
experience on this suggest me a protocol to do that? Or any kit is already
commercially available to do such conjugation in reproducible/simple
manner??
