Hello out there in Immunology Land,
Looking for advice on differentiating cells into macrophage lineage in order
to do phagocytosis assays.
Am currently trying to differentiate the U937 line by adding PMA at 10nM for
24-48 hours but not much success. The cells do attach to plasticware but a
lot seems to die off and definately do not divide further.
Any advice on cells lines and methods would be greatly appreciated.
