Hi
I am using an IFN ELIspot assay to detect CTL activity against self
antigens. The CTLs are primary human cells and have been through three
rounds of stimulation . However, the signal to noise:ratio is very high. I
have tried optimising the E:T ratio but this has not alleviated the problem.
Can anyone suggest a way round these problems.
