We used the Emax Immunoassay system from Promega to detect and quantify
BDNF and NGF in rat cerebarl cortex. It is working very well for NGF, but
nothing for BDNF.
It seems the kit works since the BDNF standard is stained. However nothing for
our BDNF samples that we extracted according to the user instruction.
What can be the problem ???
