future. Our client is looking for an Associate Scientist to work in
the development and production of monoclonal antibodies for use in
oncology treatment.
Responsibilities:
Writing immunization protocols and preparing immunizations
Performing fusions for MABs from rodents
Developing and performing assays for characterization and expression
Limiting dilution cloning
Requirements:
BS required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in the biotech industry
Previous experience with monoclonal antibodies
Experience in cell culture and assay development
Software proficiency (MS Office, SoftMax)
Must be a resident of the US; relocation assistance available only
