I'm sort of a newcomer in the area of cell culture and immunology and have
probably two basic questions for the experts out there.
1. Can anybody please tell me what STO in STO feeder cells (mouse fibroblast
cells) mean.
2. What might be a significant difference between a STO mouse fibroblast
feeder cell line and a feeder cell line derived from
primary embryonic fibroblast cell cultures (mouse). Would both of them
promote growth of e.g. macrophages etc.
