As we konow that the therapeutic coloning technology is to transfer the somatic cell nuclear into the nuclear elicited embryonic stem cell .And we also know that the cell's biological function is determined by the DNA in the cell .How could we let the transfered ES keep the charaters of renewal and differentiation?
