Dear immunologists..
has anyone had problems with T2- cell lines being leaky.. we get 50%
non-specific killing of our targets despite the fact that we use T-cell
line specific for our viral peptides ( i.e. they kill also peptides with
T2 cells pulsed with an irrelevant peptide).. This is not just specific
to this cell line... other T-cell line have given us the same hi
background killing of T2 cells
