Hello,
We are looking for a good source of keratin in order to be able to adsorb
the contaminating antikeratin antibodies in the serum useed for
immunoblotting. Does it have to be human? Human source would obviously be
preferable, however SIGMa's product for example is exceedingly expensive.
Any alternatives? Any other ways of dealing with the problem? Advice greatly
appreciated!
