I was hoping to have a go at doing some complement activity assays (CH50) by
the red cell haemolysis method, but am having trouble tracking down a
method. The methods that I have found through Sigma Aldrich use quite large
volumes and I was wondering whether anyone was doing these assays in
microtitre plate format? Any help, methods or advice would be appreciated -
