Hi!
Wondering if anyone has had any success with the ORPEGEN Pharma LDLR test
kit used for quantifying LDL receptors on monocytes. So far, I have had no
luck with staining the LDLR using the manufacturer's instructions and
monoclonal antibody provided in the kit. Any suggestions for modifications
to improve this procedure, or ideas for other antibodies to use in FACS
analysis of the receptor on the cell surface of monocytes would be greatly
appreciated!!
