Is there anyother way of making the thp-1 cell line adhere to the plates without using PMA. i am work involves MAPK signal tranduction pathway. using PMA would affect my results. is there a way by which THP-1 cells is made to adhere to cell culture plates (usually 12 well plates) without activating the pathway? kindly reply as soon as possible.
