Is there anybody out there who has experience with stimulation of PBMCs with
Interleukin-2 ?
I have used serum free media (AIM media) in comparision to serum supplemented
media (RPMI+10%FCS)-
I am getting a higher immune response (TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma ELISA readout) for
the cells in serum free media-
Which is surprising to me- any explanations for this?
