Hello World,
I am a new-comer to the world of hybridoma technology. I am culturing OKT8
cells and am having problems in amplifying them. Though they are doing
good in 100mm plates,but the same is not true in 150mm plates. I have
tried plates from different companies to eliminate the remote possibility of
plastic toxicity. I am using 10% DMEM.
If anybody has any suggestions as to what the problem could be please do
let me.
