Hello,
I would like to measure macrophage activity IN-VIVO [mice] by means of the
Carbon Clearence Test [injection with collodial carbon (writing ink) in 1%
gelatin solution]. But after having performed this test once, I found that
the lungs [microvasculature] clear the carbon from the blood, and not the
macrophages. So I would like to decrease the particle size of this
suspension.
I've tried heating [37ºC], sonification, and serveral mixing procedures. No
good results so far. So does anybody know????????????
