The Department of Biology and Molecular Biology at Montclair State University
invites applications for a tenure-track ASSISTANT PROFESSOR position in Molecular
Biology to start Fall 2007. This molecular biologist will conduct research in
the field of biology using molecular techniques. A Ph.D. in the life sciences
required. Applications will be evaluated beginning November 4, 2006, and
continuing until the position is filled. Position responsibilities include
teaching molecular biology at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and
establishing a vigorous, extramurally funded research program involving
undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, the successful candidate
should be able to support the B.S. and M.S. programs in Molecular Biology.
