Hi Bryan,

I am a PhD student at U Exeter in the U.K. and wanting to switch from
working with lymphocytes to working with PMNs. We have recently gotten
access to human blood and are wanting to use the PMNs. found a posting by
you on the web about isolation of PMNs. I notice that at the end of your
protocol you state that the neutrophils are good for a few hours. Does that
mean experiments must be done with them immediately, or could they be stored
at -70 until later?

I appreciate your time!

Much thanks,
