Hi all,
I am looking for an in vivo mice model to study the antigen presenting
capacity of my mice derived cells. Specifically, I would like to know
wthether my cell type upon transplantation is capable of activating CD4T
cells in vivo.
Since I would also like to test APC function of a similar human
derived cells in mice, any further suggestion for human system would be
nice.
Thanks in advance,
Vijay
Briefly there exists a BM1 mice which is deficient for the binding of
SINFEHKL peptide. This mice can be used for the transplantation of APC
from the same strain of mice to present the ovalbumin(SINFEHKL) via
MHCII. CD8 T cell proliferation of the transplanted cell type can be
determined using the T cells from OT1 mice. Does BM2 mice exist at all,
bcos OT2 mice do exist.......
