Hello Jeff,
This might be a lame attempt to follow up on 8 year old posting at
http://net.bio.net/hypermail/immuno/1998-January/011610.html, but I could not
resist. I am also attempting to detect the antigen specificity of IgE through
ELISA in Guinea pigs.
I am wondering, if you succeeded in doing it or heard any ideas on how to do
it. I would really appreciate your response.
