Hello,
I want to know the immunogenicity of
Glutathione-s-transferase and thioredoxin against
human serum.
I prepare recombinant human proteins, expressed with
GTS or thioredoxin tags. The protein needs to be used
as antigen for screening human serum, thus I need to
know if there will be any background
immunochemichemical reaction between the protein tags
and human serum - detectable on western blot analysis.
Any clues with resources where i can find an answer
will also be appreciated.
